This week’s CSA bounty: turnips + greens, collard greens, watermellow radishes + greens, mesclun mix, green and red bell peppers, eggplant, kabocha squash, spagetti squash, green beans, basil, zucchini, and salad/field mix.

I have had so much salad lately, I think I’m going to become a leafy green something-or-another.

It’s awesome.
