My besty Kimba sent me this link when she saw I’ve been watching some talks on TED.com {link}. This is exceptional. Majora Carter talks about greening the ghetto. It’s powerful, moving, and inspirational.
100 Days Behind the Lens - Photographer Callie Shell describes how she captured images in the Obama White House. Watching this video makes me miss being a photojournalist…
Ask the Prez a question. Vote on questions that other people have asked. See him answer the most popular questions on Thursday!

Also, be sure to check out the new website of the White House. Some things to take note of:

Cupcakes of change!
Chris and I made cupcakes last night in celebration of the new President! They turned out way better than I thought they would. That red is looking a little… gruesome though. Still delicious.
For your amusement and subsequent depression, I present you with Sarah Palin as President. (Whoever created this is awesome…)

Okay. So I don’t want to belabor the point… but this video was sent to me. You all know how much I heart Tina Fey. And what a great impersonation she does of Sarah Palin. Watch this impersoniation.
Go on now. Laugh at how funny it all is.
Now watch CNN’s coverage of it below. And realize that part of that impersonation is a direct quote from Sarah Palin. Yeah. It’s not quite as funny as we all thought, is it? It’ll be interesting to see the Vice Pesidential debates on Thursday…
CNN on Tina Fey’s impersonation on Sarah Palin…
This is a good article I found about why Democrats are trying so hard to pass the offshore drilling bills that are sifting through the House and Senate right now…
Not so sure about the end of the article, when they say “Hopefully President Obama can do damage control”… I’m all about positive thinking, but I’m not so sure about jumping the gun. What if McCain gets elected? THEN what?
